- If you use the jets or the air bubbles, please turn them off when done. Sometimes the switches for these functions get a little quirky, and won't turn off or on. In that case, operate the switch VERY SLOWLY, don't let it pop up quickly after you push it down. These are air switches, not electrical, and sometimes a quick release of the switch will make it double-cycle (OFF-ON).
- Do not turn the heat down when you get out, unless you know the spa won't be used again for at least a week. It's cheaper to keep the temperature steady, than to drop it back and then raise it again, a day or two later. We like it around 100-104 degrees.
- Put the top back on and re-fasten the hold-down straps, front and back. Very important. We frequently have very strong winds from the west, which could easily blow it off and into the water.
- There's a strainer net thingy; use it if leaves, bugs, etc. are floating around in there. Keeping the tub covered when not in use is the best way to keep stuff out of the water.
